About Anton Selkowitz

Anton Selkowitz has had broad experience in the areas of real estate construction and development. He has been in the construction industry for over 30 years, starting as a carpenter's helper in 1973 and working his way up through the ranks. He has lived in the Bay Area for the past 27 years and has completed numerous projects in the Bay Area. He has restored victorians in San Francisco, and received a design award and an energy efficiency award for a home he designed and built in San Francisco. Several homes in his portfolio have been designed by him.

Mr. Selkowitz has also completed a large residential development of 103 acres which was subdivided into 50 lots which were sold to home builders. Mr Selkowitz designed and built two of the homes in that project. He also developed a 30,000 square foot medical office building, and has served as a consultant on a 300 unit senior housing project, and also has consulted with Japanese companies and helped them set up busines schools in San Francisco. Mr. Selkowitz is a licensed General Contractor and also a licensed Real Estate Broker. His broad and extensive experience, based on hands on work gives him an excellent perspective when it comes to getting work done on time and on budget with high qualtiy.
