Anton Selkowitz

Anton Selkowitz, President, has had broad experience in the areas of real estate construction and development. He has been in the construction industry for over 30 years, starting as a carpenter’s helper in 1973 and working his way up through the ranks. He has lived in the Bay Area for the past 27 years and has completed numerous projects there. He has restored Victorians in San Francisco and received a design award and an energy efficiency award for a home he designed and built in San Francisco. Several homes in his portfolio have been designed by him.

Mr. Selkowitz has also completed a large residential development of 103 acres which was subdivided into 50 lots and were then sold to home builders. Mr Selkowitz designed and built two of the homes in that project. He also developed a 30,000 square foot medical office building, has served as a consultant on a 300 unit senior housing project and also has consulted with Japanese companies to help them set up business schools in San Francisco. Mr. Selkowitz is a licensed General Contractor and also a licensed Real Estate Broker. His extensive experience, based on hands on work, gives him an excellent perspective when it comes to getting work done on time and on budget with high quality.



Savanna Selkowitz, Vice President, the next generation of Selkowitz & Co. Inc., Savanna received her first tool box at age 6 (she still has it). Literally growing up on job sites, Savanna has learned the importance of carrying on the Selkowitz & Co. Inc. tradition of Quality, Performance, and Intergrity. Before joining Selkowitz & Co. Savanna was the customer service manager for a leather company producing tool belts and other construction related items and she was also the personnel manager and safety officer for a steel fabricating company. Savanna started off with Selkowitz & Co. working on small commercial projects as a project manager and most recently was the on the job project manager for a 16 home subdivision. This project included the construction of all the streets and utility infrastructure as well as construction of the first seven homes.
