The Martin Farm
The Martin Farm is a project designed, developed, and built by Selkowitz & Co. Inc. This was a difficult site because of its high visiblity and the unusual shape of the parcel. We were able to design a 16 home project and save and restore the existing home and get it listed on the National Register for Historic Places and save it for commercial use. We moved and remodeled the water tower and converted it to an in law unit. The first phase of the project has been completed and seven homes have been built. Features such as nine foot ceilings, crown mouldings, hardwood floors, granite countertops are included.
