This is an important factor, especially for longer projects.
Commercial construction - Selkowitz & Co. builds commercial mid-sized buildings. We can get involved in the design phase to work with your architect to help lower construction costs even before you begin your project.
Commercial tenant improvements – Selkowitz & Co. has great experience in building out tenant improvements both in office building and warehouses. Among our projects, we have built two health clubs and done a major remodel of a medical building which included asbestos removal and night work to minimize tenant disruption. Our experience with office renovations will benefit you so that your project will come in on time and on budget. We are known for our speed, quality and staying within budget on these projects. We can work with your architect or recommend one.
REO and property maintenance - We also care for bank or investor owned properties. Whether it is a cosmetic touchup or major repairs to prepare a property for sale, Selkowitz & Co. can respond in a timely fashion to get the job done. We can also do maintenance on a regular basis to keep your property looking good and maintain its value.
Development services – Selkowitz and Co. has developed both large and small projects. We have designed these projects, put together the development team and guided them through the difficult and complex approval process. Our largest project has been a 50 home subdivision on 103 acres and our smallest has been custom homes built for sale. We have developed a 30,000 sq.ft. medical building and recently a 16 home subdivision with a historic home that we restored and had listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This was a difficult infill project with high visibility and many design challenges.
